In order to track series metrics with Publishwide, you'll need to set them up first.

Setting Up Series Individually

Step 1: Go to the Publishwide Bookshelf and click on the book whose series information you want to set up

Step 2: Under the author name, type in the series name

Step 3: Click Save to finish setting up the series information

Setting Up Series for Multiple Books at Once

Step 1: Go to the Publishwide Bookshelf and click on the "Assign Series" button:

Step 2: Enter the name of the series in the line marked “Series Name”:

Step 3: Click on the books that you wish to add to the series and click the “Assign Series” button to finalize your changes:

Removing Series Individually

Step 1: Go to the Publishwide Bookshelf and click on the book whose series information you want to remove

Step 2: Find the Series Name under the Author Name

Step 3: Delete the Series Name and press enter to finalize your changes

Removing Series for Multiple Books at Once

Step 1: Go to the Publishwide Bookshelf and click on the "Assign Series" button. You should see series data on each book:

Step 2: Click on the books that you wish to remove series data from:

Step 3: Make sure the Series Name field is blank (it will say "Series Name" if it is blank), if there is a series name there, delete it:

Step 4: Click the “Assign Series” button to finalize your changes.

NOTE: You can only add one series to each book, but you can change the series data anytime that you want.
