Logs are key in helping us figure out what went wrong with your Publishwide Sync experience. We've built out an automated solution for sending us logs:

Step 1: Open up your Publishwide Sync app and click on the Home button in the lower right hand corner

Step 2: Click on the Settings button that appears:

Step 3: Click on Send Logs button:

We will get back to you ASAP either with a solution or to ask you for more information to help us resolve your issue.
