Mac users may experience an issue where the Publishwide Sync App is unable to log the user into Amazon on the second step. Usually, after the user inputs their login details and clicks the Log In button, their login details are erased and they see this screen:


This error is due to Apple placing important components of the Publishwide Sync App in a temporary folder during installation.

To fix this error, do the following:

  1. Uninstall Publishwide from your computer

  2. Download a fresh copy of the Publishwide Sync app

  3. Install this fresh copy to your computer

  4. Launch the Publishwide sync app
